1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays)
- You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships
- Orders placed after 3 PM IST may be processed the following business day
2. Delivery Coverage
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- We deliver to all major cities and remote locations across India
- Delivery timeframes:
- Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
- Tier 2 Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Locations: 5-7 business days
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. We plan to expand our international shipping services in the future.

- Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping to all serviceable locations
- Applicable only for standard delivery within India

5. Delivery Guidelines
Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts
- If undelivered after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our facility
- A re-delivery fee may apply for subsequent delivery attempts

- Please provide complete and accurate delivery address
- Include landmark details for easier location
- Ensure contact number is current and accessible
- Mention any specific delivery instructions in the order notes
