At Sleepycart, we understand that receiving your sleep wellness products in a timely and reliable manner is crucial to your sleep journey. We partner with Shiprocket, India's leading shipping aggregator, to ensure your orders reach you safely and efficiently.

1. Order Processing

  1. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays)
  2. You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships
  3. Orders placed after 3 PM IST may be processed the following business day

2. Delivery Coverage

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • We deliver to all major cities and remote locations across India
  • Delivery timeframes:
    • Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
    • Tier 2 Cities: 3-5 business days
    • Other Locations: 5-7 business days

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We plan to expand our international shipping services in the future.

3. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping

  • Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping to all serviceable locations
  • Applicable only for standard delivery within India

Standard Shipping Rates

  • Orders below ₹999:
    • Metro Cities: ₹49
    • Tier 2 Cities: ₹69
    • Other Locations: ₹99

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Track your order through:
    • Your account on our website
    • The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
    • Our customer support team
  • Real-time tracking updates are provided by Shiprocket

5. Delivery Guidelines

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts
  • If undelivered after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our facility
  • A re-delivery fee may apply for subsequent delivery attempts

Address Guidelines

  • Please provide complete and accurate delivery address
  • Include landmark details for easier location
  • Ensure contact number is current and accessible
  • Mention any specific delivery instructions in the order notes

6. Special Handling

Bulk Orders

  • For bulk orders or corporate purchases, please contact our customer support for specialized shipping arrangements
  • Custom delivery timelines and charges may apply

Fragile Items

  • Products marked as fragile receive special handling
  • Additional packaging protection is provided at no extra cost
  • Please inspect fragile items at the time of delivery

7. Returns & Failed Deliveries

  • For customer-initiated returns, shipping charges may apply

Failed Deliveries

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address: Shipping charges for re-delivery will apply
  • Orders returned due to unavailability: One free re-attempt will be provided
  • Orders returned due to courier issues: Free re-shipping
